It doesn’t seem possible for any of us to be able to pursue our dreams in the run of life. And if you have a full-time job and kids, you probably don’t even think about it.

And is it possible to do what we dream of?

If you do not devote a certain time of the day to improving yourself for a purpose, one day your years may have passed and exhausted all their possibilities without you noticing.

We’re always trying to save the tomorrows. We’il soon realize that we’ve got the empty “yesterday” left.
Review your life and leave the “survival” mode
The purpose of this article is to provide a review of your perspective on life. The other important thing is to understand the basics of life better. Unfortunately, the daily lives of a lot of people are full, both unnecessary and ridiculous. They don’t have time to act meaningful and logical, to gain new competencies.

These people are in “survival” mode. I mean, they just live, save the day. Are you in survival mode?

Well, most of us are.

In the past, living our own lives by adjusting to other people seems necessary for social and cultural life, but nowadays, with the concept of common consciousness, you can live your life completely for yourself.

You are now designing your destiny.

You’re responsible for the rest of your life.

You have to make every decision on your own, because if you don’t, others will make it for you. Remember, indecision is the worst decision.

So where do we start?

With a simple morning routine, we can start changing our lives. It may seem like a long list at first glance, but it’s pretty simple.

1. Start your day at least 7 hours sleep

First of all, let’s make a deal at this point. Sleep is as important as eating and drinking water. Despite this, millions of people are not sleeping enough and face the problems it brings.

The results of the National Sleep Foundation’s study are remarkable: more than 40 million Americans suffer from sleep disorders, and 70 different ways. This is not the only interesting conclusion from the study: 60% of adults and 69% of children have sleep problems for at least 2 nights in a week.

In addition, about 40% of adults are in severe sleep, which is enough to interfere with their daily activities during the day, and this is repeated several times in a month.

Insomnia affects our lives to a great extent. What would happen if we had a healthy sleep pattern instead of insomnia?

Faster memory
Longer life
More creativity
Easier focusing and concentration gathering
Less stress
Less addictive stimuli such as caffeine
Less depression risk
and we could have a lot more. The importance of sleep in our lives is clearly revealed here. Do not neglect a healthy sleep.

2. Run your body with physical activities

Although there are hundreds of evidence that exercise is very useful for human health, the rate of regular exercise for people between the ages of 25 and 60 is around 20%.

People who want to be healthy, happy and productive have to step into the world of regular exercise. Some people have already done this and have made exercise a part of their life. Others are far from that.

I don’t know what profile you’re in. But all you have to do is run your body.

It doesn’t make any sense to resist it, while it has been proven that exercise is good for people, with years of research. The role of exercise in reducing depression, stress and restlessness is indisputable.

Remember, if you do not care about your body health, this Indifference will appear as regret in certain periods of your life.

3. Eat 30 grams of protein at the first meal of the day.

Tim Ferriss, in his book The 4-hour body, recommends that we consume 30 grams of protein within 30 minutes of waking up. According to him, his father lost eight pounds in a month like this.

But that’s not the point.

Protein-rich foods keep you full longer than other foods because the digestion time is longer in the stomach. In addition, adequate amounts of protein keeps blood sugar levels stable. That would prevent sudden hunger crises.

Tim Ferriss’s breakfast recommendations;

At least 40% of the total calories you get for breakfast should be protein.

2 or 3 eggs can be a very good start to getting this protein. (About 6gr in one egg. protein has)

If you do not like eggs, instead, you can consume foods such as smoked turkey, salami, sausages and cheese.

4. Listen to music or write a song that will revive you

Ordinary people look for fun, unusual people look for education and knowledge. It is known that the most successful people in the world were reading at least one book a week. It is possible to say that they are so successful because they are constantly getting new information.

You may not be able to find time to read books. But considering that you live in a place like Istanbul, you travel for at least half an hour every day when you go to work or school. If possible — if you don’t drive your own car, or if you can find it on the bus — you can read a book.

Especially if you start the day by reading a few articles for 15-30 minutes, you will start to be more energetic and motivated. If you can continue your routine this morning for a long time, you will eventually have read hundreds of books, and you will be able to have knowledge/experience on dozens of subjects. As a result of all of this, you will be able to connect and enrich your own perspective between different topics and perspectives.

5. Review Your Life Vision Frequently

Start by writing down all your goals, short and long-term goals. Every day, a few minutes to read these goals will allow you to constantly remember your goals in a day.

Achieving goals is a science. If you can follow a simple path in full, you can reach all your goals. It doesn’t matter how big they are.

The basis of this is to write your goals and to question yourself by reading them every day.

6. Get started with your long-term goals

The desire is like a muscle mass that gets stronger as it works. The more you work, the greater your motivation and desire. But it is very critical that you are not physically exhausted so that you can find your working power in yourself.

So try to do one of the hard work that you have to do on that day by evaluating it well in the morning.

If you do not, it will be harder to do in the day because you will be tired after the middle of the day and you will produce a million excuses to leave it tomorrow.

And you will finally decide to start tomorrow. That means never. Be careful not to do that.

Finally, when you step into your big goals every day, you will realize that you are not far from those big goals. Realizing this will be the source of great motivation for you in your life and you will quickly understand the change.
